This home features a prime location for exploring North Carolina's Crystal Coast, with downtown Beaufort and the farmers market only two blocks south. In addition to having the North Carolina Maritime Museum around the corner, you'll be a short and spectacular drive from the beach on Radio Island (less than three miles), Atlantic Beach (seven miles), and Fort Macon State Park (nine miles).

Begin each morning outside on the classic front porch, sipping your first cup of coffee, reading the newspaper in a rocking chair, and watching the neighborhood wake up. Back inside, you'll be greeted by the comfort of central air conditioning, complimentary WiFi to help you plan the day's excursions, and a breezy, open layout that makes spending time together effortless. Savor a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining area, and a living room where you can screen your favorite movies in the evenings.

  • Some hosts and property managers offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses.   • When it's time to leave, take a walk-through to make sure you did not forget any personal items. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Property managers rely on great ratings to inspire more reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback.
