Welcome to Sunset Bay Retreat, a striking 4-bedroom, 3-bath sound front home offering handsome water vistas. This charmingly appointed home features an refreshed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ideal for preparing family meals.

The enormous primary suite, located on the main floor, features an en-suite bath with a opulent soaking tub and a walk-in shower, providing a serene getaway after a day of exploring.

The other three bedrooms are located on the second floor, ensuring ample space and privacy for everybody.

Savor your mornings with a cup of coffee on the deck while taking in the relaxing sights and sounds of the water.

3 Queen Beds and 3 Twin Beds

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not supplied. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be included with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

OTHER NOTES:
-Dock coming January 2025!
-Dock will be 175' long w/ a 10x20 platform and 16' floating dock. High tide is between 2ft and 6ft and low tide 1ft.
-Any reservations booked on or after June 28, 2024, family pets will no longer be allowed at the property

Located in Beaufort, this vacation home is on the waterfront.   • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for details.
