Bogue's Retreat is an Oceanview Home with 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms and 1 Half Bathroom. Appreciate the impressive ocean scenery while taking in the smells of the fresh salt air from the covered outdoor decks! The Lawn at this property is ideal for outdoor games. There is a Basketball hoop located in the driveway and pool basketball is also available. There are also other Games and books available at the property and it is just a two min. walk to the beach (beach access directly in front of the home in front of us).

Separate exterior laundry room with beach chairs/games. Outdoor cushioned seating area wwith lights. Hot/Cold enclosed outdoor shower. Pool with outdoor furnishings/chaise lounges.

Floor 2: Bedroom 1: Queen bed, Flat screen TV with Firestick, and deck access. Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Flat screen TV with Firestick, Interior door to shared full bath, and deck access. Bedroom 3: Queen bed, twin bed, Flat screen TV with Firestick. Bedroom 4: Full bed, Flat screen TV with Firestick. Full Bath #1 with walk-in shower and double sinks. Full Bath #2 with tub/shower combination.

Floor 3: Living room with Intelligent TV, Apple TV. Totally-equipped prepare's kitchen with island, stools, dining table, wine refrigerator, and pantry closet. Gas grille located on back deck, located off the kitchen. More Games, books and Wi-Fi router located on this floor.
