This 4 bedroom (+ 1 additional room), Q*Q*Q*Q*2B,2D*QSS, 3 bath, ocean front glass-front bungalow is elegant modern, but casual style. The kitchen has enormous butcher block island and is completely supplied with all staple appliances, including a Keurig. There are 3 TVs throughout the property- some are Intelligent. Washer and Dryer off main level kitchen. Other features include Wi-Fi, Satellite Radio, Cathedral Ceilings, Sizable covered/open furnished deck overlooking the beach, Gas Grille, and (2) hot/cold, enclosed outdoor showers. Main Level (Top) has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bottom Level (Entry) has a additional room with (2) bunk beds, (2) double beds, and a foosball table. Linens (linens, bath towels, kitchen towels) supplied with beds made. Animals allowed with $250.00 non-returnable fee (2 max). Rents Saturday to Saturday. No Smoking!

  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some owners offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
  • Booking websites frequently offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.   • Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
