We cater to families.
Appreciate a expansive view of our waterway. This entirely furnished condo comes with a full-size kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, and plenty of cooking and dining silverware. Televisions are supplied in the living room and the master bedroom. Our deck overlooks the marina with elegant sunset vistas! It also provides a great place to savor a cup of coffee, sip a glass of wine, or just relax in the sun with a good book. Conveniences include linens, iron/ironing board, blow dryer, coffee maker and filters, washer/dryer, WIFI, on-site parking
The master bedroom features a very comfortable queen size bed and private bath. The second bedroom has bunk beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed. Second bath is in hallway. Skylights add plenty of light to our well-appointed kitchen. Room for your boat just off the back deck.
Beach towels are supplied for your enjoyment.
Bring a want to appreciate the beach....or the pool...or just calming on the deck.
FYI...we have a camera on the front deck by the parking space. There are NO cameras any other place.

About the Area

Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is on the waterfront. Anchorage Marina and Triple S Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Coral Bay Shopping Center and Morehead Plaza Shopping Center. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and North Carolina Maritime Museum are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Finding your perfect rental home:

• Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Crystal Coast area. Reserve your vacation home in the Fall or Spring to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your family qualifies for a discount.
• Property managers often offer customers an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
• Did your group have a fantastic vacation? Many rental home management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your property and/or host was great, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
