Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or family pets allowed.

B-204 Pebble Beach is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Second Floor Almost Oceanfront Condo. (Only 1 building from the ocean!). The Living Area has an ocean view balcony. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar has a microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, a Full Bath and an oceanview balcony. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and a modest balcony. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds and a modest balcony. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full Bath. Central Heat & Air. Washer/Dryer.

No Smoking. No Family Animals.

Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday.

Rents Nightly with a 3-Nighttime Minimum, Off-Season Bookings Only.

Linens and towels are included with beds made for weekly stays only.

PARKING INFORMATION: All units are supplied with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • In the Crystal Coast area, The earlier your group can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your rental home 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
