Points of View West is a 1/2 duplex has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, 2 Queens, 2 Twins. Linens supplied with beds made. Central air & heat, Hot & cold enclosed outside shower, Dishwasher, Washer & dryer, Microwave, Wireless internet and Intelligent TV (guest must log-in to personal streaming account). Reverse floor plan with kitchen, dining/living room on top floor. Wrap-around deck with ocean and sound vistas on 3 sides, side deck faces west with sunset vistas! Short walk east (less than 500 ft.) to boardwalk for beach access and west for boardwalk access to the Point. This property rents Sunday to Sunday. NO SMOKING! DOGS ACCEPTED (2 dog max.).

Book your Crystal Coast vacation home in the Fall or Spring to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • The earlier your group can book, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are reserved very early. Booking your vacation home 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
  • Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Protect the owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home when you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • When it's time to leave, take a walk-through to confirm you haven't forget any personal items. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Leave a review! Property owners rely on good reviews to compel new bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationers will will be grateful for your experience and help them have the best future vacation.
