Points of View West is a 1/2 duplex has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, 2 Queens, 2 Twins. Linens supplied with beds made. Central air & heat, Hot & cold enclosed outside shower, Dishwasher, Washer & dryer, Microwave, Wireless internet and Intelligent TV (guest must log-in to personal streaming account). Reverse floor plan with kitchen, dining/living room on top floor. Wrap-around deck with ocean and sound vistas on 3 sides, side deck faces west with sunset vistas! Short walk east (less than 500 ft.) to boardwalk for beach access and west for boardwalk access to the Point. This property rents Sunday to Sunday. NO SMOKING! DOGS ACCEPTED (2 dog max.).

Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • The sooner you can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved very early. Reserving your rental property six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property managers usually offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance.   • Lock your rental while you're away. Keep your property safe!
  • Double-check the rental property to make sure that you've packed all personal items on check-out day. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Property owners rely on excellent reviews to stimulate more bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review.
