This striking escape features complimentary Wifi, intelligent tvs, a completely outfitted kitchen, and ceiling fans in each room. Plus, relax and savor our private deck with your morning coffee or evening beverage. Linens, towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach wagon are supplied for your convenience.

About the Area

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is near the beach. Emerald Forest Golf and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Croatan National Forest and Hammocks Beach State Park. Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Isle Adventures are also worth visiting.

Get the best rental home value:

  • The sooner you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are booked early. Booking your rental property six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season in the Crystal Coast area. To get the best value, consider changing your vacation week to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer warm temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for details.

  • If there's a certain Crystal Coast beach you love, search for properties that are either nearby, or those that cater to your requirements.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Confirm all required amenities are available before reserving a rental.

Have a wonderful stay:

  • Add the host's contact information to your smartphone. Print and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, intercom or washer/dryer. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief telephone call can prevent lots of issues.
  • Lock your rental while you're out and about. Keep your property safe!
  • To make sure damages aren't attributed to your stay, inspect the rental for any problem areas upon check in. text the property manager immediately to relay any damages. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having the recorded problems and contact attempts will be helpful.

  • Go through the rental one final time and scan for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a wonderful stay? Many rental management companies make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
