There are three private boat ramps in the neighborhood you can use and ample space in our driveway/parking pad to park your trailer. This floor is wheelchair accessible through the ground-level french doors next to the parking area. It’s a great unit for people who can’t climb stairs, or want a separate unit away from the traffic in the main home. This floor has a “game room” with a professional-grade air hockey table and TV.Bedrooms: there are enough beds to allow for sleeping flexibility in 7 separate rooms.
