One unique feature for this property is that the public boat ramp is conveniently located close by. Take time to savor the beach and take advantage of the private walkway through the sand dunes, or sit back on the covered and furnished deck to feel the ocean breeze. The walkway to the beach includes a sitting area that is ideal to appreciate morning coffee or admire the sunset. Conveniences include: central air and heat, hot and cold enclosed outside shower, dishwasher, washer & dryer, microwave and grille.
