Savor the striking ocean view from this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Bed sizes are: King, Double, and 4 Twins. Linens are included with beds made. Unwind and entertain your family and guests in the living area with huge windows to the ocean and gather around the dining table for meals prepared in the kitchen supplied with your cooking essentials. One unique feature for this property is that the public boat ramp is conveniently located close by. Take time to savor the beach and take advantage of the private walkway through the sand dunes, or sit back on the covered and furnished deck to feel the ocean breeze. The walkway to the beach includes a sitting area that is ideal to appreciate morning coffee or admire the sunset. Conveniences include: central air and heat, hot and cold enclosed outside shower, dishwasher, washer & dryer, microwave and grille. There are 2 TVs with Roku (guest's personal streaming service required). This property rents on a weekly basis only from Sunday to Sunday, NO SMOKING and NO FAMILY PETS!

Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies usually offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
