Welcome to Vitamin Sea, a beautiful coastal getaway in the charming Beau Coast community. This delightful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home offers modern amenities and a serene lifestyle.
The cavernous open-concept living area, bathed in natural light, creates an inviting ambiance for gatherings and relaxation. The gourmet kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances and a huge island, is ideal for culinary adventures.
Retreat to the opulent primary suite with an en-suite bath complete with a walk-in shower and double vanity. Two additional bedrooms provide ample space for family or guests. Appreciate serene mornings and breezy evenings on the private patio.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not included. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be supplied with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non returnable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog max..
Vacation Rental By Owner guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

-Pool Season is roughly, Mid-May – Mid-September • POOL HOURS: 9am – 10pm NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY AT ANY TIME. The pool deck opens at 9:00 am and the pool opens at 10:00 am. No swimming in the pool prior to 10:00 am.

  • Summer months are the most expensive season in the Crystal Coast area. Reserve your vacation in the Fall or Spring to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Some property managers offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your family.
  • Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance.
