Bella Blue has the most extraordinary full ocean and sound vistas from front and rear decks. Great ocean breezes and sounds that can be heard while calming on the top entirely shaded decks. Full view of the beach so you can watch your family and Friends and it is only a 5 min. walk from the home to the beach! There is also a Shibumi Shade that is available for guest use on the beach or backyard. Check out the new Xbox Series S with Game controllers!

Bella Blue is an nearly oceanfront, 6 Bedroom, 4.5 Bath Home located near a Public Beach Access. When you are ready to try some outside activities, put on your bathing suits and take a dip in the Private Oceanview Swimming Pool, appreciate the great Ocean and Sound Vistas from the various Decks the property has to offer. This property is also equipped with 500mbps speed and wifi internet acces throughout the whole home!

Ground level: has a carport for covered parking and a gorgeously landscaped backyard. There is also a 15x30 Private Swimming Pool located in the backyard with lounge chairs, bar height table and chairs, and a double hanging swing.

Level One: Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and a whisper floor fan. Bedroom #2 has two twin beds. There is also a gameroom on this floor with a couch and loveseat, huge intelligent TV, foosball table, and deck and pool access. There is a full hall bathroom located on this floor.

Level Two: Bedroom #3 Queen bed with a picture window that shows off the excellent ocean vistas. This bedroom also has a intelligent TV. Bedroom # 4 Queen bed with ceiling fan, this room also has a Shared Full Bathroom. Bedroom #5 Two double beds with picture windows located on the front and back of the room, showing off images of both the ocean and the sound! This room also has a private full bathroom.

Level Three: Bedroom #6 Master Bedroom with queen bed, with picture window, with full ocean view, ceiling fan, newly rennovated master bathroom with granite top sinks. There is a freshly remodeled Modern Kitchen Upstairs with Granite Counter Tops, Stainless Steel Appliances, a second, smaller refrigerator for drinks, and pretty ocean vistas. There is also a living area on this level with new Couch and loveseat as well as a comfortable swivel rocker armchair. A 50 inch Intelligent TV, new dining room table with eight chairs, and three barstools can also be found on this level.

Appreciate the Rear deck picnic tables and outdoor gas grille for fun family cookouts! The front deck is also equipped with four adirondeck chairs with Ottomans, a double hanging swing, and rocking chairs.
