Patty's Beach House is a impressive oceanfront home in the heart of Emerald Isle! With 6 cavernous bedrooms and 4.5 baths there is plenty of room for the whole family! An elevator is available from the Ground Floor to Level 1 (elevator does NOT go the the top floor (2nd) where the bedrooms are located). Unwind and reconnect with a striking ocean view!

It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

  • In the Crystal Coast area, The earlier your group can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation rental six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
  • Some property managers offer special rates for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance.
