Renters' closet in carport with beach chairs, umbrellas, corn hole, bocci ball, sand cart, sand toys and much more. Very little traffic in neighborhood with flat streets for simple walking. Bicycle rental available. Eateries and ice cream just down the street forget the traffic. Painless drive into Swansboro with water vistas, eateries, bars, boutique shopping. Putt putt, bowling, batting cage, water slide close by.

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Booking your vacation home in Fall or Spring months is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Property managers usually offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance. • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to make sure you've collected everything. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, take photos of the rental to record its condition.
• After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on great feedback to drive new bookings. They'll be grateful for your review.
