Summer Winds A-411 is a 4th floor corner unit 4-Bedroom, 2.5-Bath Oceanfront Condo with handsome ocean and surrounding vistas!

The Master Bedroom has a king bed.

Bedroom #2 has a queen bed.

Bedroom #3 and Bedroom #4 each have 2 twin beds.

Additional Conveniences Include: 3 flat panel TVs, Wireless High Speed Internet throughout. Entirely Equipped Kitchen with Keurig Coffee Maker, Oven, Fridge with attached Ice Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Slow Cooker, Air Fryer. Interior Washer/Dryer.Covered decks with furnishings.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

When to visit Indian Beach & When to book:

Many families book their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Booking your vacation rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is a great way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to buy trip insurance protection.   • Go through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
