Summer Winds A-411 is a 4th floor corner unit 4-Bedroom, 2.5-Bath Oceanfront Condo with charming ocean and surrounding vistas!

The Master Bedroom has a king bed.

Bedroom #2 has a queen bed.

Bedroom #3 and Bedroom #4 each have 2 twin beds.

Additional Conveniences Include: 3 flat panel TVs, Wireless High Speed Internet throughout. Totally Equipped Kitchen with Keurig Coffee Maker, Oven, Fridge with attached Ice Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Slow Cooker, Air Fryer. Interior Washer/Dryer.Covered decks with furnishings.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Sticking to your rental budget:

  • Summertime is the most expensive season in coastal NC. To get the best value, try changing your vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer warm temperatures, , and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Owners sometimes offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Booking websites typically offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses.   • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
