DESCRIPTION:
There is plenty of outdoor space to stargaze at Blue Moon!
Unwind in the sun-filled great room with vaulted ceilings and humongous windows gazing out onto the private outdoor space, lagoon and natural landscape. The cavernous, open layout is ideal for the whole family to appreciate. Off the great room is the bathroom, laundry area and two guest rooms.. The guestroom to the right has a king size bed with direct deck access and the bedroom to the left has a queen bed.
The ground floor at Blue Moon is entirely accessible for any guests with mobility concerns. Outside, you will find a sizable screened porch with its two dining tables to savor a view of the turtle pond. Sit back and listen to the waves on the back deck or grille on the front deck, while the kids play in the sandbox.
Upstairs has a play/entertainment loft creating a separate space for the younger beach goers. Blue Moon is completely equipped for kids with toys, games, and kid-friendly essentials. The upstairs guest room off the play area has two twin bunk beds, while the other guest room down the hall has a king bed and vistas over the lagoon. There is a full bath on this level. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all of the bed linens are laundered between guests.
Your toes will be in the sand in no time, with an simple walk or golf cart ride to the beach. Or just cruise down to the community pool for a dip.
Blue Moon is located in the community of Spinnaker’s Reach. The community pool and beach access is at the corner of Louise Howard Court and Shipwreck Lane. This is roughly a 10-12 min. stroll from the home or an even faster golf cart ride. Cart parking is included at the pool area.

About the Area

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is near the beach.
