Spread out on the broad deck in the evening under the shade of live oaks. Downstairs in the garage enjoy an open space to kick back with a game of ping pong or air hockey.

Bring your kayaks/paddle boards or boat and put in at the public ramp located only a tenth of a mile on 13th street.
