You can relax and relax on the Outdoor Patio in the Private Hot Tub or spend your time in the fresh air on the outdoor deck rocking on the deck swing. Equipped with High-Speed Wireless Internet so you can stay connected on your vacation! On the Ground Level, you will find the Game Room & Den with a TV, Pool Table, Outdoor Patio Access, and a Full Bath. There is also a Full Kitchen on this level equipped with an Oven, Fridge with Icemaker, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Coffee Maker. On Level One, you can find the Living Room with enough seating to entertain everybody in the family and equipped with a TV, DVD Player, Deck Access, and access to a Full Bath. The open concept Living Area opens up into the Dining Room with enough seating for the entire family. The Main Kitchen is also located on this level and is Entirely Equipped with an Oven, Fridge with Icemaker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, and Blender. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property management companies usually offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses.
