The Savvy Sea Breeze (3A-2 West) is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Second Floor Oceanfront Condo. Covered deck with furnishings, charming vistas and private beach walkway. Living Area faces the ocean. Dining Area. Extensive Kitchen has bar seating, wet bar area, dishwasher & microwave. Please note, there is only a Keurig coffee maker at this property. Master Bedroom #1 has a King bed and a Full Bath with a Jacuzzi Tub. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds. Full Bath in Hall. 1 Color Cable TV, DVD Player & Stereo w/CD Player. Central Heat & Air. Washer/Dryer.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is by the ocean.
