Featuring 3 pools including a gated Oceanfront heated pool, Soundfront pool, and kids's pool (pools are closed in the off-season), there is no end of things to do at the resort. For those who want to discover the Crystal Coast, shopping, dining, golf, eco-touring, charter wind surfing, fishing and scuba diving are just a few of the activities available close by.

Ocean Club F 303 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, Oceanfront Condo overlooking the impressive Atlantic Ocean! With 1 King size bed, 1 Queen size bed, 2 Twin beds, and a queen sleeper, there are plenty of places to rest your head! This gorgeously decorated condo has great vistas of the Ocean. You can sit on your balcony relax, and watch the boats go by! F 303 is equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet for your convenience. * King bedroom and bathroom have great turn-around space. Bathroom has roll-in shower. All bedrooms have clocks with constructed in charging stations.

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. 3 nighttime units are available when booked off-season only.

Please note: Check-In is at 4:00pm. Parking for two cars only, Boat/Trailer parking is not allowed at the condo complex.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • In the Crystal Coast area, The sooner your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best properties are reserved very early. Booking your vacation property six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance protection.   • Inspect the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
