Here on the second floor of Sands Villa Resort, this elegantly modernized, oceanfront condo offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and handsome vistas of the ocean and dunes.


After a day spent out on the sand, come home to a living room with a huge flatscreen TV, an oceanfront balcony, a completely appointed kitchen, complimentary WiFi, and a stacked washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and towels. Both bedrooms have flatscreen TVs of their own as well. On the grounds of the resort, you'll find amenities and conveniences that include indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, an exercise room, tennis and basketball courts, a playground, a courtyard with grilles, and elevators for simple access.

Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is near the beach. North Carolina Maritime Museum and Core Sound Waterfowl Museum and Heritage Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Triple S Marina and Anchorage Marina. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Summer months are the most expensive season along the coast of NC. Reserving a rental home in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • In the Crystal Coast area, The earlier you can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation property six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property management companies often offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses.   • Go through the rental a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on good feedback to inspire future bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will will be grateful for your review find their best vacation rental. Be fair with your review.
