DESCRIPTION:
Emerald Dream is a roomy and spirited Oceanfront Home that offers a Private Pool, 7 Guest rooms, and 5.5 Baths.
Savor the sunrises and sunsets on the double decks or feel the ocean breeze on the private dune deck. You can relax and rejuvenate in this great beach hideaway!
As you walk into the ground level of Emerald Dream you are welcomed into a sizable recreation room with a standard-size pool and ping pong tables. There is a bunk room just around the corner as well as an entrance to the beach walkway and pool area. Also on this level is a guest room with a queen bed with private bath and pool vistas. The laundry room with a full-sized washer, dryer, and 2nd refrigerator are painless to find as you make your way up the to the next level.
The second floor can comfortably be described as the bedroom level. Here each guest room is appointed with new decor, comfortable beds, and many bathrooms. There are 2 King suites both with ocean vistas, deck entry, and private baths. The queen guest room also offers ocean vistas and deck entry. The additional guest room offering 2 double beds is positioned across from the hall bathroom. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all linens are laundered between guests.
Moving up to the third level you are welcomed into a gorgeously refreshed great room. The kitchen is freshly updated but the vistas are where your eyes tend to focus. The kitchen and dining area provide seating for all. If there are many cooks in the kitchen each will be able to find their workspace and whatever they need to prepare the meal as the cabinets are well equipped. The final guest room is located on this level and offers a King bed, private bath, and deck entrance.
There are oceanfront decks that span the entire width of the home on both the 3rd and 2nd floors... with plenty of deck furnishings. The private pool of this home is located on the oceanside of the home and is considered a splash pool. If bringing your dog along is of interest please do but only with a $150 nonrefundable pet fee with a max. of 2 dogs per stay.

Emerald Dream is located in the Spinnaker’s Reach Community and offers access to the community pool and bath home. This amenities is located just across the street from the home.
