Play tennis or grille-out & picnic in the landscaped courtyards. Located off Coast Guard Road within walking distance to family theme parks, kiddy race tracks, arcades & eateries. A 2,000 Sq. Ft. Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family get-togethers, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association. if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or family pets allowed.

Please Note: No boats, trailers, or any towed items are allowed on the premises.

The G Building is directly in front of the indoor/outdoor pool & clubhouse which has a weight room. It's also close to tennis courts & only a short walk to the ocean and the oceanfront pool!

G-301 Pebble Beach is a Third Floor Studio Apartment. The Living, Dining and Kitchen Area is all in one room. There is a Queen Sleeper Couch in the Living Area. Cathedral Ceiling and sky light makes the condo appear huge and airy! Substantial Covered Balcony, Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar has an oven, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, blender, slow cooker & dishwasher. A Queen Murphy Bed pulls down from the wall. Full Bath. Loft is not accessible High Speed Internet Supplied! High Speed Internet does not mean this home is equipped with Wireless Internet.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all belongings. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on good ratings to drive future reservations. They'll be grateful for your review.
