Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or family pets allowed.

Please Note: No boats, trailers, or any towed items are allowed on the premises. The F Building is directly in front of the outdoor pool. It¡s also close to tennis courts & only a short walk to the ocean and the oceanfront pool!

DOWNSTAIRS: The Living Area has a Flat Screen Television and DVD, Blu-Ray, Stereo, and Cathedral Ceiling with fan, which overlooks the indoor/outdoor pool. Bamboo Wood Floors in Living/Dining Area. Covered balcony sheltered from hot afternoon sun with Patio Furnishings is just off the living area. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar has a dishwasher, constructed-in microwave, smooth-top range, toaster & refrigerator with door filtered ice water & ice maker. Master Bedroom with vaulted ceiling has a Queen Bed, Color TV and a Ceiling Fan. Full Bath.

UPSTAIRS: Spiral Stairs lead to the 13¡x17¡ Loft Bedroom with vaulted ceiling and sky lite has 2 Twin Beds, Ceiling Fan. TV with DVD and a Mirrored walk-in closet. Full Bath.

Central Heat & Air and Stackable Front Load Washer/Dryer in. Iron w/Ironing Board. 3 Ceiling Fans. Portable Crib. Internet Access Supplied!

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.   • Go through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition.
