Worthy of its name! This 4th-row bespoke-constructed coastal getaway is charmingly furnished and is ideal for sizable family gatherings. The ground level offers a Recreation Room with a wet bar, huge flat-screen TV with surround sound, Bose sound system, and foosball table. Just across the hall, you discover the enormous bunk room with a full bath. You will also appreciate the full-sized laundry room with a second refrigerator/freezer that is conveniently accessible as you leave for a beach day or are just calming around the sizable, very private pool area.
The second level provides you with three roomy, well-appointed bedrooms (1Q, 2Q, 1K) each with a full bath and flat-screen TV including one that is a King Master Suite with a chaise lounge and huge walk-in closet. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all bed linens are laundered between guests, even the comforters.
The third level welcomes you home with a entirely equipped gourmet kitchen complete with granite countertops, coffee/espresso/cappuccino maker, a large open living room with a SMART (includes NETFLIX access) widescreen TV, DVD, Bose sound system, wet bar and, dining area.
