JANUARY AND FEBRUARY SPECIAL: BOOK FOR 14 CONTINUOUS DAYS DURING THESE 2 MONTHS FOR $5600! THAT'S ONLY $400/NIGHT. ESCAPE THE SNOW!

Appreciate priceless time with your family in this open and light-filled ocean getaway. Sip your coffee in the morning in rocking chairs on the covered wrap-around porch, savor lunch on the beachfront deck, read your favorite book or nap in the huge porch hammock, sip drinks or appreciate al fresco meals on the secluded deck or picnic table on the porch...and venture just steps away to the crystal clear ocean, sea oats, and silky sand beach. The sizable oceanfront deck with lounge chairs and tables is between the home and beach steps and shower. It is buffered by the Maritime forest to allow for a more private sunbathing experience.

But, don't worry about too much togetherness! There are many private spaces (chaises, 2 smaller porches, and that inviting hammock) for some time alone.

This home has every luxury to make your stay memorable. There is a chef's kitchen! Entirely supplied! Substantial island for prep and gathering. Wet bar with ice maker. Every bedroom is en suite with multiple vistas of the ocean. This bespoke-constructed home was architecturally designed to bring the outdoors in.

The cavernous king bedroom is on the main floor with a private porch. Its bathroom has double sinks, a Jacuzzi tub, and separate shower. On the top floor are 3 roomy bedrooms with enormous dressers and closets and private bathrooms. Two rooms have 2 queen beds each and one room has 2 bunk beds (additional long singles over queens) and a separate twin.

Being a part of the Beacon's Reach neighborhood in Pine Knoll Shores, you have ample activities on the beach and Bogue Sound. Savor use of 2 handsome pools, a marina with day-dockage available (reservation required), and broad off-street walking and cycling paths. Plan a short excursion to feed the turtles in the lakes or fish and crab off the docks.

On the island are many options for eateries with varying price points, boutique shopping, and entertainment. The historic Fort Macon is on the eastern most end of this Bogue Bank and the NC Aquarium is only a 5 min. drive away. The Crystal Coast Country Club is located 4 miles east and accepts non-members playing time on their 18-hole golf course. Miniature golf, bumper boats, and race cars are just a mile away to the west for other fun activities.

Exquisite sunrises and sunsets and displays of stars are at your doorstep.

Make striking memories and take tons of photos in this private, calming, and peaceful family neighborhood ready for you.

Our top Pine Knoll Shores rental property booking tips:

Sticking to a budget:

  • Booking your vacation rental in Fall or Spring months is a good way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • In the Crystal Coast area, The earlier you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved very early. Booking your rental property six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property management companies frequently offer renters an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for details.
  • Often, management companies and vacation rental houses supply Crystal Coast area visitors guides which will include special deals, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a relationship with the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Crystal Coast visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.

Use filters to narrow your rental search:

  • Choose your vacation week and spending budget.
  • Determine how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your group requires. Luxurious Oceanfront, Atlantic Beach\/PKS family Home, 4 bedrooms 6 bathrooms has 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Crystal Coast rentals search.
  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is usually accessible on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, call the property manager before you book the property. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches. You will need to determine what configuration is suitable for your vacation group.
  • Does your family require unique amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters with amenity lists. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Make certain to inquire about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
  • Traveling with pets? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Remember to ask your host before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Additional pet fees or applied to your agreement.

Know before you go:

  • Be sure you get the host's phone number and check in/check out procedures for your . We recommend storing the host's contact information in your smartphone.
  • To ensure that damages aren't attributed to your stay, record any problem areas upon your arrival. text the host right away to document your findings. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having a record of issues and contact attempts will be valuable.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, A/V setup or coffee maker. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief phone call prevents lots of issues.
  • Don't forget to respect your neighbors. Often, surrounding homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking rules reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually help. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Lock your rental home while you're away. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all personal belongings. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Hosts rely on good feedback to inspire more reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your feedback find their best vacation rental. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
