Take a walk along the oceanside boardwalk, gaze at the waves & watch dolphins from the shaded oceanfront gazebo. Take a dip in one of the 3 crystal clear pools on the well-kept, landscaped grounds. Listed to the ocean waves from the outdoor pool with kiddie pool located up against the sand dunes. Savor the courtyard outdoor pool and the handsome, year-round heated indoor pool, directly in front of the condo and steps from your front door. The exercise center is located in the indoor pool building as well. Several oceanside grilling areas are scattered throughout the roomy grounds. The tennis courts are open for some fun and lit up after dark. If you're looking for the ideal location on Emerald Isle, Pebble Beach is it!

The Emerald Isle Bicycle Path is located right at the entrance to the community for a fast bicycle ride to town or a few min. walk to eateries, the ice cream and candy shop, water park, grocery stores, and mini-golf! We have supplied two adult bicycles for your use!

This freshly refreshed top to bottom, 2 bedroom 2 bath, second floor condo has an open floor plan and many updates! The main bedroom has vaulted ceilings, a queen bed and a twin daybed. A spiral staircase leads you up to the second bedroom loft with vaulted ceilings, a king bed, a full bed and a full attached bath. See the stars at nighttime through the skylight in this bedroom!

The family room has vaulted ceilings, a variety of games for family fun, books for beach reading and double slider doors to your huge private balcony. Unwind on the balcony with your morning coffee and vistas of the gorgeous pool and serene courtyard.

The completely equipped, updated kitchen has granite countertops, peninsula seating, a Keurig coffee maker with K-cups and every gadget you could need for appreciating a great meal! Ceiling fans and intelligent TVs are in every room for your convenience. A washer and dryer is supplied for your use as well.
