This ~1000 sq ft, oceanfront, oceanview, poolside condo is ideal for a fast hideaway or a week-long family vacation. The amenities in the Summerwinds community are unlike any other in the area! The condo is cutely furnished and has all the conveniences of home for calming to watch a movie, taking an afternoon nap, or sitting on the oceanfront patio to savor morning coffee.

Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Beach Wheels Bike Rental and Coral Bay Shopping Center. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Crystal Coast restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
• Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Property management companies often offer renters an option to add vacation insurance. • Be respectful of your neighbors. Often times, nearby homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking rules reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
• Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
• Lock your rental while you're away. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
• When it's time to leave, take a final walk-through to make sure you didn't leave anything behind. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Inspect the property one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
• Leave feedback! Property owners rely on great ratings to propel future reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback.
