This ~1000 sq ft, oceanfront, oceanview, poolside condo is ideal for a fast hideaway or a week-long family vacation. The amenities in the Summerwinds community are unlike any other in the area! Game room, Indoor heated pool, Gym, Grilling areas, Tennis Courts, Basketball Courts. The condo is cutely furnished and has all the conveniences of home for calming to watch a movie, taking an afternoon nap, or sitting on the oceanfront patio to appreciate morning coffee.

Get the best rental value:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Booking your vacation rental in Fall or Spring months is our best tip for saving money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
• The earlier your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved early. Reserving your rental property six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
