Sleeps 15 in 5 bedrooms with 4 full baths: 4 queens, 3 singles, 1 full, and a queen sleeper couch. Beach Walker is mere steps away from an uncrowded beach, accessible only to those staying in this area and within walking distance to most activities and stores on the Island.

When you are not across the street sunbathing on the beach or cooling off in the ocean, savor a calming dip in your private 15’ x 25’ swimming pool. Gather for family time in the roomy open living area with completely outfitted kitchen on the third floor while cooking a favorite meal or mixing a tasty drink before moving to the huge balcony to eat and drink in the calming sea air while gazing at the spectacular Atlantic. Time for BBQing and playing games, the first level is set up to support entertaining with its own refrigerator, gas grille, foosball table, intelligent TV, and various board games. The second floor provides more relaxing balcony ocean vistas accessible from two bedrooms and a side door.

Street parking is prohibited and there is no public parking, but thankfully, this home comes with plenty of parking for you and your guests.

Emerald Isle is bicycle friendly with a path that runs the length of the island. Bicycle or walk to the local stores, eateries, movie theater, miniature golf, go karts, water park, and the Bogue Inlet pier.

Linens supplied with your stay at Beach Walker. The home also provides: wireless high speed internet, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, ceiling fans throughout, beach chairs and beach toys, outdoor shower, outdoor rocking chairs on balcony, and an outdoor dining table.

Equipped with Ring Doorbell for security purposes only. Pool is not heated.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Reserve your Crystal Coast vacation in Fall or Spring months to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.

  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will magnify your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are usually an incredible resource to find the best local beaches.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Upon check-out, take a walk-through to confirm you haven't leave anything behind. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and look for damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.

If your property and/or property manager was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise.
