Roomy Oceanfront Duplex (West) – Your Private Beach Retreat!

Discover the ideal hideaway in this cavernous (2400 sq. ft.), very private oceanfront duplex. With 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and a additional room featuring bunk beds, this home comfortably accommodates your family and friends. Sleeping arrangements include 3 Kings and 1 Bunk Bed.

Savor expansive ocean vistas from all three levels, including two master suites—one of which features a extravagant whirlpool bath and an adjacent sitting area with a sleeper couch, ideal for additional guests.

The modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and opulent tile backsplashes and countertops. Additional amenities include central heat/air, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washer/dryer, and a 55" intelligent TV in the great room, along with three additional 32" intelligent TVs throughout the duplex. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi.

Step outside to appreciate the hot/cold enclosed shower, charcoal grille, and triple decks furnished for relaxation and entertaining.

Linens (linens, bath towels, kitchen towels) are included, and starting in 2025, all beds will be made upon your arrival. This duplex is pet-friendly with a $250 non-returnable fee per dog (max. of 2 dogs).

About the Area

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is on the beach. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Flatwaters Paddling and Emerald Isle Adventures. The Sweet Spot and Emerald Forest Golf are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Getting the most from your rental budget:

  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer months are high season in the Crystal Coast area. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses.   • Visiting for a single event or attraction? Use a map search to locate nearby rentals.

  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
