Ground Level: Covered Parking with EV Charging Outlet/Receptacle. Ramp. Outdoor shower.

Level One: Living Room with Intelligent Samsung TV with access to streaming apps and Samsung Plus Live TV, DVD Player and deck access. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar area has a oven and microwave (no dishwasher). Bedroom #1 and Bedroom #2 have Queen Beds and share a bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a Double Bed with a bath.

Additional Conveniences: Color Cable TV, Coffee Maker, Central Heat & Air, Beach chairs, 2 Charcoal Grills, Washer/Dryer, huge screened porch with furnishings!

Appreciate the boat launch facility and access to the sound at the new Emerald Isle Boat Launch Facility located less than 2 miles away! Between Mile Marker 17.5 and 18 on Highway 58, adjacent to Chapel By The Sea.

Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with the All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No Fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 nighttime minimum in advance during Off Season, last min. during In Season.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

When to book & When to go:

  • In the Crystal Coast area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are booked very early. Reserving your rental home up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
  • To find the largest rental within your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at Crystal Coast restaurants, tours, and activities.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers frequently offer customers an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for details.

  • Double-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed all personal items on check-out day. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on good feedback to inspire more bookings. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will will be grateful for your review and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to fix it.
