Level One: Living Room with Intelligent Samsung TV with access to streaming apps and Samsung Plus Live TV, DVD Player and deck access. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar area has a oven and microwave (no dishwasher). Bedroom #1 and Bedroom #2 have Queen Beds and share a bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a Double Bed with a bath.

Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with the All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No Fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 nighttime minimum in advance during Off Season, last min. during In Season.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
• Property managers frequently offer customers an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses.
