DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to Southern Shores. This 3 level, 2nd row home in the private community of Dolphin's Ridge is the ideal size and location for a beach hideaway. As you pull into the welcoming drive you will find a unique private pool just waiting for a fast dip!
Entering into the ground level is simple and provides inside access to all three levels. On the first floor there is a Queen guest room complete with a private bath.

The second level offers a roomy Master Suite with an oceanview and a private deck. There are two additional guest rooms on this level. One offers a Queen bed while the other offers a Twin over Double bunk bed. The rooms are connected by a full bath.

The third level offers a huge, open, and well thought living area. There are oceanviews from all of the windows! A cavernous couch and dining table are included and ideally placed for an entertaining evening. The kitchen has refreshed and upgraded appliances.

All of the beds are made prior to arrival with freshly laundered linens, including the comforters and are supplied with a full week’s stay under Spinnaker's Fresh Bed Promise.

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is near the beach. Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Forest Golf are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Emerald Plantation and Salty Air Open Market. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Some property management companies offer discounts for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers typically offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.

  • Upon check-out, complete a walk-through to confirm you didn't leave anything behind. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
