Oceanfront Duplex that RENTS AS A SEPARATE HOME "OFF SEASON" ONLY. Conveniences shared with East Side. Shared In-Ground Swimming Pool (Not Heated) 4 Bedrooms/2.5 Baths. Equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet so you can check your e-mail while on vacation. Ground Level: Covered Parking.

Level One: The Kitchen/Dining Room has a table that seats 8. Also, there is a 1/2 Bath on this Level. Level Two: Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed with an open deck. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #4 has 2 Twin Bunk Sets. All bedrooms have an ocean view! On the second level, there are 2 Baths. Very pretty inside. Central Heat/Air. Ceiling Fans. Dishwasher. Microwave. Washer/Dryer. High Chair and Crib. Charcoal Grille. Interior connecting doors. Dune deck. Sensational landscaping. 3 TVs. Stereo. To make sharing your vacation easier, a connecting door between duplexes,Footprints East, accepts for convenient access and a shared living space when renting both halves.

When to visit & When to book:

  • The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved early. Reserving your vacation home six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
  • Summer time is high season in the Crystal Coast area. To find the largest vacation home for your budget, we suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Owners sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your family.
  • Property management companies often offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses.
