Oceanfront Duplex that RENTS AS A SEPARATE HOME "OFF SEASON" ONLY. Conveniences shared with East Side. Shared In-Ground Swimming Pool (Not Heated) 4 Bedrooms/2.5 Baths. Equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet so you can check your e-mail while on vacation. Ground Level: Covered Parking.

Level One: The Kitchen/Dining Room has a table that seats 8. Also, there is a 1/2 Bath on this Level. Level Two: Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed with an open deck. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #4 has 2 Twin Bunk Sets. All bedrooms have an ocean view! On the second level, there are 2 Baths. Very pretty inside. Central Heat/Air. Ceiling Fans. Dishwasher. Microwave. Washer/Dryer. High Chair and Crib. Charcoal Grille. Interior connecting doors. Dune deck. Pretty landscaping. 3 TVs. Stereo. To make sharing your vacation easier, a connecting door between duplexes,Footprints East, accepts for convenient access and a shared living space when renting both halves.

Linens and Towels Supplied without beds made. Please bring your own crib sheets, they are not supplied with linen package. (Weekly stays only)

No Smoking. Animals Stay Free- No Pet Fee for Your Vacation! (2 Dogs Max)
