Ground level cavernous conference room for 150 next to pool courtyard. Ideal for meetings of all kinds: work seminars, weddings or family gatherings. Summer Winds B-237 is a Second Floor 4-Bedroom, 2 1/2-Bath condo with the ocean, pool, and sound vistas.

Total Linens: 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Double, 3 Twins.

3 Color Cable TVs total: One sizable TV in living room, a TV in Queen Bedroom, and a smaller TV in Twin bedroom that can be used for gaming systems or a DVD/Blu-ray player.

2 DVDs, Stereo, CD Player. Pak-N-Play & 2 Booster Chairs make it kid-friendly! Covered Decks with furnishings.


NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Sticking to a rental budget:

  • Summer months are the most expensive season in the Crystal Coast area. To find the best value, change your family's Crystal Coast vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer warmer temperatures, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
