The Floor Plan features over 6700 sq.ft of roomy open living, including four Oceanfront King Master Suites with covered decks! Emerald Sm'Isle is a attractively decorated home with plenty of space for entertaining when visiting with your family here on the Crystal Coast. The bottom deck -- just steps from the sand --includes your very own Private 14' x 32' Pool with half bath, outdoor enclosed shower, and Hot Tub.



Pool may be heated for $675/week. Pool can be heated all year as long as the temperature outside does not go below 55 degrees.



Linens consists of: 5 Kings, 4 Queens, 1 Twin Bunk Set, and 1 Double/Twin Bunk Set.

The Dining area seats 10, with 6 additional at the Kitchen bar top. Bedroom #4: has a King Bed, a Private Bath, and a Roll-In-Shower. #19. POOL &/OR HOT TUB LEASE ADDENDUM TERMS POOL: Tenant is responsible for the proper care of swimming pool. Pool use is "At Your Own Risk". It is a parent or guardian¡s responsibility to watch kids at all times during pool use. Kids must not to be left unattended during pool use. No diving into the pool is ever allowed since serious injury, paralysis or even death could occur. Damage to the pool itself due to tenant misuse will result in additional charges. HOT TUB: Tenant is responsible for proper care of Hot Tub. Suggested Hot Tub occupancy in Instruction Manual must not be exceeded. Hot Tub must be covered when not in use to retain heat. Do not sit on hot tub cover or use it for storage. Damage to cover or Hot Tub due to misuse will result in additional charges. Please do not set Hot Tub thermostat higher than 104 degrees. Due to high temperatures, Hot Tubs are not suitable for modest kids or pregnant women. Kids under legal age should not be left unattended. It is not wise to sit in the Hot Tub longer than 15 mins. at a time. It is imperative everybody (adults and kids) shower before entering the Pool and/or Hot Tub to remove sand and suntan lotion from their feet, hands and body. The Pool and/or Hot Tub is maintained by Bluewater Real Estate. An instruction manual is included for the Hot Tub. Any questions regarding the safe use and operation of the Pool and/or Hot Tub should be referred to Bluewater Real Estate (252) 354-2323. Tenant does hereby covenant and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless both the owners of subject property and their Agent, Bluewater Real Estate, from and against all liability, loss, damage, claims or actions (including costs and attorney costs) for bodily injury, paralysis or death and/or property damage, to the extent permissible by law, arising out of or in connection with the misuse of Pool and/or Hot Tub.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

• Booking in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes.
• Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Some owners offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
• Property management companies often offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for more information.
