This 8 Bedroom,10 Bath Oceanfront Home sits just feet away from the Spectacular Atlantic Ocean! You can sink your toes in the sand and relax on the beach all day long and then walk only steps to your home! Level Two: Bedroom # 4 Oceanfront Master suite, King bed with private bath including whirlpool tub and TV, Bedroom # 5 Oceanfront Master suite, King bed with private bath (this bathroom has a wider door, sink that is comfortably accessible, bars in wide shower and around toilet) as well as a TV, Bedroom # 6 Oceanfront Master suite, King bed with private bath including whirlpool tub, and TV Bedroom # 7 has 2 Sets of Double over Double Bunk Beds with private bath and a TV, Laundry room.

Caper's Castle accepts you to spend your day out on the beach or spend it by your Private Pool which can be heated mid-April - mid-October for $650/week + tax; if the temp goes below 55° the pool heat pump will not work. Don't forget to relax after a long day in the sun out in your Private Hot Tub! There is an Elevator that takes you to all floors. Send the Kids downstairs to watch a movie on the 90" Flat Screen HDTV with Elevated Seating! The Outdoor, Gas Grille is ideal for grilling with the family!

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.

Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses.
