Nicely appointed ocean front duplex - each side has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. K*Q*Q*Q, B*. The main level has 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom that is accessible from bedroom and the kitchen area. The remaining 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the 2nd level. The master bedroom has a king bed and is ocean front! Kitchen is entirely outfitted and newly modernized. From the second level, there is a spiral staircase that leads to the 3rd floor loft with even better ocean vistas! TV's and Wi-Fi! Enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, furnished decks, and charcoal grille! This duplex rents weekly only (Saturday-Saturday) and Linens (linens, bath towels, kitchen towels) included with beds made. NO SMOKING - NO FAMILY PETS!

About the Area

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is on the beach. Emerald Forest Golf and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Emerald Plantation and Salty Air Open Market.
