G203 is a bright, airy, attractively decorated, completely furnished 2nd floor condo with one bedroom, one bath. The unit sleeps 4 people, featuring a queen-size bed and queen-size couch bed.
Military personnel receive a 10% discounted rate.
The 2nd-floor unit features a splendid balcony overlooking the handsome indoor/outdoor pool complex. The balcony receives morning sun and is the ideal place to appreciate early morning coffee and listen to the ocean waves breaking on the shore before beginning the day. This ocean-side unit just a 6-min. walk directly to the beach via a private access area.
The complex amenities include THREE POOLS - a newly refreshed indoor/outdoor pool and a second ocean-side pool. Also supplied are a freshly remodeled and expanded exercise room (open 9 am to 6 pm), 2 tennis courts, and multiple BBQ areas with picnic tables.
The unit offers two flat-screen TVs with cable, a Blu-ray Disc/DVD player capable of streaming from your Netflix, HULU, and other media outlets, and has wi-fi internet access. The kitchen is entirely supplied, including oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, washer, and dryer.
There are multiple eateries close by, one within walking distance.

About the Area

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is near the beach. Emerald Forest Golf and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Croatan National Forest and Emerald Isle Beach.
