Cute and comfortable 300 sq ft 1 room studio condo. Located on the peaceful end of the island. Sensational beach with spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Less than 2 blocks away from the beach. Savor you stay here with room for 3 adults. Has 1 double bed and futon for additional sleeping space.

Additional amenities are 40” tv, kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot and dishes. Swim in the pool available to guests. Towels and sheets included with your stay. Parking available.

When to visit & When to reserve a rental home:

• Summer time is high season in Atlantic Beach. To book the largest rental home within your budget, we recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Some hosts offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your group.
• Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance protection.
