You are Ocean Side but have access just across the street to the Sound Side Island Beach Racquet Club with additional gorgeous vistas. Unwind at the beach just steps away where you may catch a glimpse of a dolphin passing by, pick up seashells or go for a sunrise run or effortlessly watch over the kids in the pool from the screened porch while you sip your coffee or read a book. This property is within walking distance to eateries, a Dollar General and even delicious Dairy Queen Ice Cream is directly across from the unit. We have supplied sand toys, a modest assortment of games as well as WiFi and cable. Please Note: This unit is ocean front with a view of the Dunes and Pool. It is on level on and just a few short steps to have your toes in the sand. Clean & Crisp for your comfort.

  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.

Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer discounts for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies usually offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses.   • Double-check the rental property to make sure that you've packed everything at check-out. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a terrific time? Many rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your property and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
