This duplex has Awesome Vistas of the Ocean and offers a Booster Chair for kids, Security Lighting, Ceiling Fans throughout, and a Fenced-in Dog Area. High Speed Wireless Internet Included!

Level One: Oceanfront Master Bedroom (#1) has a Queen Bed, a Whirlpool Tub and a Covered Deck with Furnishings. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #3 has a Double/Twin Bunk Set and a Twin Bed. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full-Bath.

Level Two: Enormous, Open Living area has cathedral ceilings, and there is an Open Oceanview Deck with Furnishings just off of the Living Area, this deck space can also be completely closed off for your pet. Dining Area and Kitchen/Bar Area features a Dishwasher, a Water Softener, a Water Filter and a Microwave. Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed. There is also one Full-Bath on this level with a full shower (no tub).

Conveniences include: a Booster Chair, Security Lighting, Ceiling Fans throughout, a Fenced-in Dog Area, Gas Grille, Outdoor Shower, a High Chair, a Stroller, Covered Parking, an Open Deck with Furnishings, a Dishwasher, a Water Softener, a Water Filter, and a Microwave.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer customers an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses.
