This handsome home offers a floor-plan with the main living area including living room with games and board games for rainy day activities, dining area and entirely equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless appliances including a Keurig coffee maker, blender, waffle maker and slow cooker. Savor the convenience of ceiling fans and hard surface floor throughout. Downstairs, Bedroom #1 has a King Bed and TV. Upstairs, Bedroom #2 has a King Bed, TV, and private upper deck with serene ocean vistas and a table and chairs; Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed and TV; and Bedroom #4 has 2 Twin Beds and TV. A full bathroom is located on each level. Step out on the cavernous walk-around lower deck area complete with furnishings including Adirondack chairs to appreciate the ocean breeze and sunny oceanside locale. Enjoy the patio, Adirondack chairs, Propane Fire Pit table, and Yard games including Corn Hole, Yard Yahtzee, and Ladder Golf supplied. 5 Roku TVs, BluRay Player, DVD Player, Central Air/Heat. Washer/Dryer. Covered Deck with Furnishings. Indoor Fireplace not to be used. Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. Private saltwater pool (seasonal availability, costs may apply) also includes poolside dining patio table with chairs and umbrella as well as poolside chairs and loungers.
