Roomy, four-level home featuring three oceanfront BRs including two primary bedroom suites, one on top floor with K, ensuite bath with soaker tub and private oceanfront deck. Ground level game room with ping-pong and foosball tables, mini refrigerator and full bath. Well appointed kitchen with granite countertops and dishwasher. Washer/dryer, water softener, 6 Intelligent TVs with Spectrum cable app (living area and primary bedroom have Roku and DVD players), wireless Internet access, electric fireplace, ceiling fans throughout. Freshly refurbished in 2022 including new kitchen appliances, living room furnishings and modernized baths. Covered and open decks with porch furnishings on all three levels. May, September, and even October offer excellent weather, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • In the Crystal Coast area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best properties are reserved early. Reserving your vacation property 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
  • Owners sometimes offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection.   • Just prior to departing, take a walk-through to confirm you did not forget anything. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a wonderful time? Most rental home management companies make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was terrific, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
