Oceanfront Duplex, 5 Bedrooms, 4 ½ Baths. King * Queen * Queen * 2 Singles * Bunkbed (S up, D down w/S trundle). Island Club linen service with beds made. Expansive 15’ x 41’ oceanfront saline swimming pool (shared). Heated pool is available for an additional $600 per week. Oceanfront hot tub on each side. Cavernous, four-level home featuring three oceanfront BRs including two primary bedroom suites, one on top floor with K, ensuite bath with soaker tub and private oceanfront deck. Ground level game room with ping-pong and foosball tables, mini refrigerator and full bath. Well appointed kitchen with granite countertops and dishwasher. Washer/dryer, water softener, 6 Intelligent TVs with Spectrum cable app (living area and primary bedroom have Roku and DVD players), wireless Internet access, electric fireplace, ceiling fans throughout. Recently refurbished in 2022 including new kitchen appliances, living room furnishings and modernized baths. Covered and open decks with porch furnishings on all three levels. Gas grille, picnic table, enclosed hot/cold outside shower, boardwalk to the beach with outside shower. Unlimited ocean vistas. Rent both sides for the ultimate, sizable family gathering. No smoking. This property rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly units, but may be added to your reservation. Monthly prices do not include pool/hot tub.

How to get the best rental home value:

  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Emerald Isle. Booking your vacation home in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Some property managers offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
  • Property managers often offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for specifics.

  • Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a terrific vacation? Most rental management companies make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your property and/or host was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
