Expansive 15’ x 41’ oceanfront saline swimming pool (shared). Heated pool is available for an additional $600 per week. Oceanfront hot tub on each side. Cavernous, four-level home featuring three oceanfront BRs including two primary bedroom suites, one on top floor with K, ensuite bath with soaker tub and private oceanfront deck. Ground level game room with ping-pong and foosball tables, mini refrigerator and full bath. Well appointed kitchen with granite countertops and dishwasher. Washer/dryer, water softener, 6 Intelligent TVs with Spectrum cable app (living area and primary bedroom have Roku and DVD players), wireless Internet access, electric fireplace, ceiling fans throughout. Recently refurbished in 2022 including new kitchen appliances, living room furnishings and remodeled baths. Covered and open decks with porch furnishings on all three levels.   • Summer is the most expensive season in the Crystal Coast area. Booking your Crystal Coast vacation rental in Spring or Fall is a great way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • In the Crystal Coast area, The sooner you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are reserved very early. Booking your vacation property up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property management companies often offer their guests an option to add trip insurance.
