Village West #20 is a charming oceanside 2-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome with charming ocean vistas from the master bedroom (Located on Floor 3). The up-and-coming Village West Community features a community pool, bathhouse, grilling area, and open green space as well as close by retail stores and dining! This property also has a private elevator and Interior Washer/Dryer!

Floor #1: Recreation Room with Queen Sleeper Couch (Linens are NOT Included for Sleeper Couch) and attached Full Bathroom with shower.

Floor #2: Living Area, Full Kitchen, and a Half Bath/Powder Room

Floor#3: Bedroom #1 - Master King, Attached Bathroom with Shower and Double Vanity, Ocean Vistas. Bedroom #2 - Queen Bed, Attached Bathroom with Shower/Tub. Additional Flex Room - with 2 Twin Bunk Bed Sets.

Additional Conveniences: 5 Intelligent TVs, Covered Deck with Deck Furnishings, Ceiling fans, Interior Washer/Dryer, Entirely Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Oven, Fridge with Attached Ice Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Toaster Oven!

Community Conveniences: Community has Pool (Pool is typically open from late May to late October, weather permitting), Grills Access (Bluewater Cannot Guarantee Complex/Community Conveniences will be in Service During the Time of your Stay).

UP TO 2 DOGS ACCEPTED with the All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - no fee! Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Emerald Forest Golf and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Croatan National Forest and Hammocks Beach State Park. Get the best value:

  • To book the most suitable rental home for your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family.
  • Property management companies often offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for more information.
  • Look for your local Crystal Coast visitors guide magazine when you check-in. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local stories, travel guide magazines contain offers and deals for local tours and attractions.

  • To start, have your family decide on a vacation week and a max budget.

  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts & types is generally accessible on booking pages. If they are not listed, contact the property manager before you book the rental. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds in living rooms.
  • If there's a particular Crystal Coast beach you love, search for homes that are either nearby, or those that cater to your desires.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before reserving a rental
  • Remember to include your furry companions! Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Remember to ask your host before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional pet fees or could be applied to your invoice.

During your stay:

  • Be sure you get the host's phone number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental.
  • Record any issues with the property at check in, and immediately e-mail them to the host. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are helpful if damages are attributed to your stay.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, A/V setup or appliance. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent a lot of concerns.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will increase your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are usually an incredible resource to find the best local beaches.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Keep your rental home locked while you are gone! Don't let thieves spoil your holiday.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all belongings. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a great stay? Many rental managers make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your rental property and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear about it. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
