Stunning modernized 5 bedroom home located at Emerald Isle most saught after beach. This home features the best of everything you could want on a peaceful cul de sac just 2 homes away from the beach access. Family friendly and a separate room with a day bed that makes into a king with an attached half bath. Great for parents or teens for privacy. Substantial pool and has light options at nighttime to die for. Just a short walk to the bicycle path that takes you into town or a short distance to a great new playground for the kids.

This is a Enormous, Sensational, 6 bedroom, and 5 bathrooms on the sound. The 4th floor sleeps 4 and has a enormous sitting room with a HUGE TV--the kids will never leave! The 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms including the king master with high ceilings and extraordinary vistas. The second floor has one bedroom and the rest is living space. The family room is open to the kitchen and a huge eating area with great sound vistas and a deck right off this space. The home will effortlessly handle 12 people. We freshly added a 4/5 person hot tub. The family room has a fireplace for colder weather. One guest commented "the home was definitely handsome. The rooms were roomy and well lit. It conveniently accommodated my family of 10+." This Sound View home looks straight at Morehead City. According to one guest, "we had everything we needed for making meals." This is a incredible luxury with elevated viewing area and plenty of shade for when it gets too hot in the sun. There is a half mile elevated wooden boardwalk which leads to the covered gazebo on our private island in the sound. This is great for picnics and fishing and watching the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Many guests commented that the host was effortlessly accessible, accommodating and amazing! This peaceful private studio condo located equal walking distance to the beach and booze. The condo is located in a gated oceanfront community with three pools (one indoor and heated), tennis courts, grille, gym, beach side restroom. The gate card can be used to access these facilitites. Numerous stores and restarunts are close by. The entire area is walkable and bicycle freindly. This third floor refreshed studio includes a fullly equiped kitchen, vaulted ceiling, WIFI, intelligent TV, full bathroom, washer, dryer, and queen size bed - linenes, body wash, and shampoo are supplied. Two enormous adorondack chairs are on the balacony to watch the sunrise or sun set! The studio feel open and airy. There is not an elevator on the property. Throughout the year, propery managment will schedule the exterminator. During your stay, if you do not wish for them enter the condo, you may decline. There are ocasional maintence that is beyond our control in terms of scheduling. This may include painting, exterior work, lawn care, etc.
