Streetside Bedroom #1 is off the kitchenette, with King and a private exterior entrance. This room can only be accessed by the hallway leading from bedroom #3 through the den and kitchenette. Bedroom #2 is Streetside and has a Queen Bed, Twin Bed and a private exterior entrance. Bedroom #3 is Oceanfront with a King has a private exterior entrance. This bedroom's only interior access is through Bedroom #2. There are a total of 2 baths on this level. All private exterior entrances are paved. Washer & Dryer. Outside shower. Garage is not available for guest use at an time.

Enormous open living area with sizable deck facing ocean. Generous dining Area. Kitchen/bar area with microwave and dishwasher. (2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
