Stunning second row ocean view bungalow with luxury features throughout. Private swimming pool with covered outdoor kitchen, gas and charcoal grilles, outdoor couch and lounge chairs. Heated pool is available for an additional $500 per week. Elevator from ground floor to all levels. There are two primary suites that have their own balcony access, king size beds and additional deep soaking bath tub. There is a game room with a foosball table, modest kitchenette and access to pool area. The gourmet kitchen give you plenty of cabinet space and tons of area for the family to gather. Located in Salter Path, this vacation home is near the beach. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Flatwaters Paddling are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Beach Wheels Bike Rental and Coral Bay Shopping Center.   • Summertime is high season in the Crystal Coast area. To find the largest vacation home within budget, we highly recommend booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at Crystal Coast restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses.   • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
