Cordelia is uniquely located on the "Point" in Emerald Isle, where it features fantastic vistas that only the Point has to offer. It's location is striking for fishing, kayaking, shelling and swimming. This area also offers great family outing space for little ones to appreciate the calmer waters of the coast. Sit on the upper deck at Cordelia or anywhere in the home for that matter and savor expansive scenery and sunsets. Cordelia's superb waterfront location provides direct, private beach access right off the back porch. The amenities are countless at this beach home. Two Master Bedroom suites with hottub tubs. An elevator to all levels, giving the whole family painless access to main levels of the home. A Hot Tub is located on deck overlooking the Inlet, which will give you an memorable backdrop to your evening. You will have complimentary use of 3 Kayaks and paddle board during your stay.

The Gourmet Kitchen is equipped with 2 Dishwashers, Waffle Maker, Coffee Maker, Oven, side by side Fridge, Blender, Microwave and dine at bar with seating for eight. You will find Master Bedroom #1 on this level as well, features a King Bed, TV, Direct Deck Access and a Private Bath with hottub tub. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #3 has two queen beds, a shared bathroom and direct access to the covered oceanview deck.
