A unique, private, Adobe-Shaped 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Home on one living level. Just a short walk to the Ocean and the Sound! High Speed Wireless Internet Supplied! Level One: Dome cathedral ceilings in sizable open living area with a Flat Screen TV. Dining Area with seating for six. Kitchen area with dishwasher & microwave. A private open deck is just off the kitchen and has a picnic table, Grille, tons of seating and is ideal for entertaining! Bedroom #1 has 2 Queen Beds, 1 Twin Bunk Set (linens not included for bunk beds) with a Private Bath. Bedroom #2 has 1 King Bed and a Full Private Bath. The laundry room is accessible in this room, equipped with a Washer and Dryer. Outdoors you will find the Charcoal grille, enclosed Outside shower, pavers that lead you to a hose that is ideal for spraying of the sand from the beach. The pavers continue to the driveway and bicycle path that runs in-front of the home.

Savor the boat launch facility and access to the sound at the new Emerald Isle Boat Launch Facility located less than 2 miles away! Between Mile Marker 17.5 and 18 on Highway 58, adjacent to Chapel By The Sea.

  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To book the best vacation home within your budget, we recommend booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property managers frequently offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses.
